COLLOCATING Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinics WITH Public Animal Shelters

This article features the County of Sacramento’s (Calif.) state-of-the-art Low-Cost Spay Neuter Clinic (LCSN) clinic which -- most significantly -- was built immediately adjacent to the county’s animal shelter on county property.
